The following terms and conditions shall apply to the ‘Cyber Security Olympiad’ detailed below. For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the term LLF when used with reference to a legal entity, shall mean, Learning Links Foundation and Olympiad shall mean Cyber Security Olympiad.

• The Olympiad shall run as per dates announced on csolympiad.in. LLF may decide the window as it deems necessary.
• The Olympiad shall be valid for students, educators and any individual interested in being safe online across India.
• Each participant must ensure that his/her participation in the Olympiad is in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Olympiad.
• Students of Class 3-12, educators of Class K-12 in any school in India (govt. or private) shall be entitled to participate in this Olympiad. Any individual interested to be safe online may apply too under the OTHERS category.
• Students, Educators and individuals can participate in the Olympiad by registering on csolympiad.in

• Once a participant has registered, it shall be the sole responsibility of the participant to appear in the ‘Final Olympiad Test’. 
• We are not liable to send any reminder mail to any participant with respect to participation in the Olympiad at any stage. The participant should keep visiting csolympiad.in for any updates, announcements, important dates and information.
• An incomplete registration by a participant is liable to be rejected. Any decision taken by LLF for rejecting any registration/entry shall be final and binding and not subject to any dispute or challenge.
• LLF may assign any or all of its rights under these Terms & Conditions to its affiliates without the consent of the participants.
• Participation in the Olympiad shall be considered as an acceptance of the Terms and Conditions stipulated herein. Any breach or default of any Terms & Conditions herein shall result in immediate disqualification without notice.
• All participants shall receive a ‘Certificate of Participation’ after successful completion of the Olympiad test.
• A ‘Certificate of Merit’ shall be given to participants who score a grade of A+ (51%- 75% marks), and an ‘Achiever’s Club’ certificate shall be given to participants who score a grade of O i.e., Outstanding (76%- 100%) marks.
• Any certificate shall not be exchangeable in any kind.
• Any attempt by a participant to deliberately damage or upload any inappropriate content/data is a violation of Olympiad’s laws, and the participant may face legal consequences.
• Nothing in the Olympiad shall affect any intellectual property rights of LLF, which may be the subject matter of the Olympiad.
• LLF officials engaged in the organization and management of the Olympiad are under no obligation to render any advice or service to any participant in respect of the Olympiad.
• LLF shall be entitled to use, in any manner, the name, photographs and other details of the participants or any other participating person, in any publication.
• In addition to these Terms and Conditions, other specific terms may be imposed by LLF timely to deal with the unforeseen situation. LLF also reserves the absolute right to change the Terms and Conditions contained herein and, or, any other rules and regulations in respect of the Olympiad at any time without any notice, without assigning any reason and without any liability whatsoever. Participants are requested to refer to such other terms and conditions, if any, which may be displayed online or intimated separately as LLF considers fit. However, no obligation is cast on LLF to separately intimate each individual participant with regard to such additional terms and conditions.
