The world our children live in has changed. Online spaces and social platforms are real playgrounds for them. They seamlessly operate in an environment that we could not have imagined a decade ago. I see the Cyber Security Olympiad as an excellent opportunity for individuals to be empowered with the necessary skills and information to become responsible decision-makers as they navigate through the digital world. We want our children to be safe – so the intent is simple: preparation and prevention. With the right information, children are equipped to be proactive and safe as they take full advantage of the connected world.
